Job Profile:

Actively involved in planning and coordinating Preventive, Predictive activities and Breakdown Maintenance.

Responsible for Maintenance of rotary equipments such As Hydraulic pumps, Gear Boxes.

Responsible for the preparation of Maintenance and History sheet of the equipment.

Responsible for over hauling of hydraulic components such as Directional control valves, Relief valves, Pumps and other related components.

Working knowledge on Hydraulic Circuits, Cylinders and Pneumatic Valves & Cylinders.

Maintenance of Utilities equipment like Air compressor, and D.M. Plant.

Working Knowledge on Water Chillers and cooling towers.

Monitoring the Implementation of corrective action and its implementation.

Identify and develop alternate vendor source for achieving cost effective purchases of raw materials.

Erection and commissioning of pipe lines according to process requirement

Ensure frequent Maintenance improvements, productivity improvements, setup time reduction, multi machines balancing and actively responsible for meeting day-to-day production target through effective maintenance planning and coordination with various departments.

Planning and effective maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.

Direct and guide the team members to identify critical factors, reduce process variations & down times of machines by TPM pillars and increase stability.

Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
