Reporting To Tool Room Incharge

Adopt and implement a detailed maintenance plan to minimize mould down time.

Effectively Implementation of Preventive maintenance plan.

Arrangement of spares for Moulds.

Attending of Mould  breakdowns & corrective action implementation to reduce breakdown.

Co-ordination with vendors for parts & new mould development.

Training & guidence to Technicians & juniors for good & effective maintenance practices.

To manage & find solution for mould  chronic problems

Analysis of repetitive failures / breakdowns in moulds .

Maintain an inventory of requirement spare parts and supplies, as required to minimize back-order and delivery down-time.

Preparation of monthly expense sheet for consumable spares.
