Aim of this project was To Optimize the quality of Rubber Product made with Devulcanised rubber Crumb in compound.

The Research one of its kind in the world conducted at current  PATENT holders Recyclatech Group included the use of recycled rubber from waste truck tyres, in making of various rubber products and testing this rubber under various conditions thereby improving its overall qualities.



Final year Bachelor?s Project was completed at Gujrat Industrial Chemical Corporation, India between July 2007- April 2008 under the guidance of Mr. P.M Ingole.

Details ? Manufacturing of Acetaldehyde by process of vapour phase hydrogenation of ethyl alcohol was studied with entire process of manufacturing, Thermodynamic calculations, Mass and Energy Balance Calculations. Cost Estimations and Economic considerations were done successfully with the help of Various Manufactures.
