Job Profile:

Can handle quality releted problems such as bank mark, flow mark, shrinkage hard particul problems.

Can handle formulation as per customer requirement for rotory flatbad and high speed machine with minimum formulation cost.

Can handle fixing of daily production target with minimum

scrap&maximum out put.

Knowledge of mixing Department in rigid PVC plant.

Knowledge of blister calendaring process.

Knowledge of PVdC Coating &lacquer coating .

Knowledge of injection & blow moulding machine
