description    :    This Is A Widely Used Product In Electrical House Wiring. the Ceiling Rose Has Two Parts Namely Top Cover And Bottom Cover .they Can Be Fitted By Threaded Fastening. The Moulding Tool Has Been Designed Such That Both The Parts Are Produced In A Single Mould Known As Family Mould With Stripper Plate Ejection. The Existing Ceiling Rose In Market Is Manufactured From Thermoset Plastic Material By An Injection Moulding Process. Where As In The Present Design The Component Material Is Replaced Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (abs) Material Which Is A Thermoplastic Type. In The New Design An Arrow Mark Has Been Incorporated To Indicate The Direction Of Opening And In Addition A Knurling Grip Also Provided For Easy Opening And Closing.
