Job Profile:

Colour development in TPR & PP. Responsibility of all activities in Quality Deptt Monitoring

of all Online, Final & Incoming inspection done by quality engineers.  Production planning & control. New Colours development as per customer requirement. Providing technical services to the customer for sole molding & trouble shooting at there ends. Maintain the ISO Documents.

Responsibility of ensuring the planned targets are achieved with in the stipulated time frame.

Checking - specified process paths are followed for all products or not. Checking critical process

parameters regularly and taking corrective actions wherever required. Helping in evaluating costumer rejections and identifying the root cause of problems.

Training of new technicians on processes. Root cause problem solving and implementing maximum number of improvements.

Manage shift operations independently including manpower deployment Work on shifts also.

On requirement also Handling of online & Final testing on all imported testing machine like UTM (lloyd UK) MFI Tester (Ceast Italy & Davenport UK) DIN Abrasion, Bennewart Flexing & Ross Flexing  (Satra UK) HDT, VSP & Impact tester (Ceast Italy) Colour spectrophotometer.

Coordinate with other testing institute like FDDI, CLRI, SGS for Testing and Other services.

Knowledge of plastic moulding line, Monitoring of all Online, Final & Incoming inspection of moulded pieces & raw material.

Maintaining all quality documents of moulding plant.

Knowledge of Colour Matching In plastic Granuals & visually check colours of moulded pieces.
