Job Profile:

Executive SNF Operation engineering, OHSAS and ISO standard maintenance. The job involves Panel operations, Field operations, Start up and shut down activities, Emergency operation. Controlling over the entire process of receiving till dispatch. Analysis of raw materials and testing. Co-ordination with the entire team for safe production activities. Controlling plant parameters and its fine tuning. Man power handling and looking over the maintenance of the equipment.

Ensure safety awareness to all employees and targeting for prevention of zero injuries.

Looking and handling the whole record of the raw materials used.

Participation in preparing detailed Operation & Maintenance Manuals.



Project Details:

Title: Commissioning of SNF Plant, SNF Super plasticizer Project Under Diversification Scheme of MCFL.

Role: Executive - Commissioning.

Duration: May 10 ? to till date

Process Details: Molten Naphthalene is Sulphonated by reacting with H2SO4 and then the ?-naphthalene sulphonate is reacted with formaldehyde.

The condensed naphthalene Sulphonic acid polymer is then reacted with an alkali (NaoH, Ca (OH) 2) to achieve the final product.

A polishing filtration step will yield a homogenous solution of SNF Super plasticizers. The liquid product is dried in spray drying unit for powdered product.

Responsibilities: Involved in all commissioning activities, Trail run, Startup activity and conducted project acceptance tests and GTR. 

Leading the commissioning team for safe commissioning of the plant.



Materials handled:

H2SO4, NaoH, HCHO, Molten Naphthalene, SNF powder, Sodium Sulphate Sodium Gluconate.
