Production Planning & Control:

Overseeing production related tasks including planning, control and trouble shooting. Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve preset production targets. 

Following up with various departments like design, materials, production, quality assurance, Development etc.To achieve the dates as per Production Plan. Creating Production orders as per order acceptance of FG.

Responsible for Production Planning.

Responsible for Capacity planning Machine-wise.

Responsible for MRP Run.

Responsible for Scheduling as per customer requirement.

Responsible for Bill of Material (BOM) updating & maintenance

Responsible for daily in house Production planning.

Responsible for New packing development.

Responsible for daily Issue of RM, BOP as per shop floor needs.
