Job Profile:

Manufacturing/ Engineering:

Planning & executing production operations in coordination with the other functions.

Managing the workmen for achieving the periodic production targets.

Scheduling material procurement plans and ensures optimum inventory level. 

Preparing Standard Operating Procedures, manuals & work instructions for production operations for the unit and maintaining MIS/ reports for facilitating decision making by the management.

Planning funds for diverse operations, ensuring adherence to the allotted budgets. 

Prepares and submits main line production report, material consumption reports and recycle plant operation report

Monitoring ,Investigating and troubleshooting the problems related to BOPP film and machines

Handling the shift independently and organizing manpower, materials and other resources efficiently to meet the day?s production targets.

Coordinates with other departments concern in maintaining product quality and new product development

Training and orienting and motivating newly hired team members

Inculcating bonded team work and developing cohesive environment for all around development and escalating the motivation levels.
