Job Profile:

Handling Production / Shift to ensure the production/quality/ packaging/ FG timely delivery.

Achieve weekly and monthly production schedules improve processes and machine utilization in order to achieve higher through put.

Manage a team and mentor them proficiently towards optimum productivity.

Actively involved in manufacturing of mould and responsible for the improvement of staging method in sintering process by understanding the material property & its behavior.

Technical guidance on trouble shoots in process, product and machines, developments on processing methods & screen printing, Maximizing OEE and Operational Efficiency, Manpower handling.

Monitoring of all production & Plant activity. 

Ensure lab testing & Interact with QC dept on quality issues.

Monitor Job performance of setup people, material handlers and operators.

Communicate daily issues with Production Manager

Overlook Repair & Maintenance of moulds, in-house manufacture of spares. General development to increase productivity.

Creative initiative committed to continual development. Kaizen & 5S experience.

Basic Knowledge about the Machine operations, hydraulic valve and pumps.

Ensuring proper operation & maintenance of the electrical equipments on 24x7 bases in shift.
