Job Profile:

Looking after daily production as per production plan.

Man power allotment as per requirement.

Achieve production targets both qualitatively as well as quantitatively within given time.

Ensures the injection moulding department operates with the lowest possible cycle times while delivering superior product quality.

Establish and monitor processing conditions and in-process quality controls.

Issuing & Controlling of Standard moulding Conditions(master parameters & work instructions)

Avoid frequent breakdowns by undertaking preventive maintenance of molds & machines.

Ensures continual improvement through material, machines, methods, productivity etc.

Ensures that rejection is closely monitored & minimized.

To Maintain 5s system for clean and safe work area.

Documentation of daily production, scrap etc.

Checking the availability of all components in the beginning  of the shift & inform to planning according to prevent the loss of production.

Arrange the area in proper way to avoid accidents, delays.

Having hands on experience of molding the engineering plastics like PA 6, 66, PBT, POM, PC etc.

Commodity plastics like ABS, PMMA, PP, HDPE etc.

In Hydraulic:
