Daily production planning and achieve production targets both qualitatively as well as quantitatively within given time.

Making and updating daily production report, studying and analyzing the daily reports.

Raw material requisitions for month.

Avoid frequent breakdowns by undertaking preventive maintenance of the machines.

Plan the preventive maintenance schedule.  

Improvement in process and quality performance through systematic evaluation of weaknesses and implementing new plans to address the same.
