Job Profile:

Ensuring & Follow-up First piece approval and its customer requirement.

Overall responsibility of prioritizing the materials to be manufactures.

First level approval for monthly production plan and approval for daily production plan.

Review of daily consumption and actual v/s production report.

Review of weekly actual v/s production to meet monthly targets.

Suggest measures to improve productivity in operations.

Ensure all procedures for production are being followed correctly.

Get material issued to shop floor from stores.

Manpower allocated on the shop floor for production.

Ensuring & Follow-up that the set production targets of the day are met.

Create report at the end of the shift on material consumption and planned v/s actual production.

Ensure that ISO documents are fill properly maintained.
