Company Profile: Providing high-quality Plastic Injection Moulded Products and Rubber Moulded Products. 

Job Profile: 

Responsible for process control in moulding area. Co-ordinating with planning for daily production. 

Guiding operators for moulding process, tool change over, process trouble shooting etc.

Maintaining tool set up time as per set target.

Dispatching the finished components to store.

Attending process problem in the machine, updation of machine log books.

Ensuring identification & tracebility in the shop floor.

Responsible for stock checking of raw materials & components in moulding area.

Responsible for 5S & EOHS In the shop floor.

Co-ordination for machine maintenance.

To involve kaizens activities.

Process quality control for visual inspection & dimensions.

Presently I can handle seven Injection moulding machines including vertical moulding machine. (250T Engel, 250T L&T Demag, 120T Engel, 80T Engel, 50T (2machines) & Over moulding machine.)

Windsor wm 75 h, sp 180, n45, sp80, n 40 five injection moulding machines.
