Job Profile: 

In production

To plan and achieve the production volumes with approved quality as per scheduled sales target.

To ensure all production shift activities are complied with in order to achieve daily targeted production in time.

Check the Process Recipes and confirm the raw and packing material availability and suitability before charging the batch.

To strictly follow process parameters and process control as per laid work instructions / documented procedures / IPC tests and supervise the follow up of process details by workmen

To maintain process parameters and ensure correctness on input of every batch and conduct deviation analysis for all deviations in raw material charging and process.

To ensure that shop floor ESHA / safety / cleanliness norms are strictly followed andenvironment norms are adhered to as per Clariant standards.

Knowledge, experience and handling all type of Organic, Inorganic, Pearl and Metallic Pigments and all type of commodity and Engineering Plastic Materials.



In Laboratory

To support new business development activities for existing and new products.

This support to be extended by fulfilling technical and commercial requirements from customer.

To record, maintain and report data related to new product development and re sampling process.

Responsible for online quality control of products within agreed upon time with production

To follow all the standards during Quality control process at all times.

To record, maintain and report readings/ data related to Online Quality control.

To support Sourcing by completing new RM testing as per the standards and procedures.

To carry out quality control of incoming raw materials as per standards and procedure.

To prepare shade cards along with test reports for new raw material tastings

To prepare shade cards, samples for submission to customer.

To fulfill all requests regarding necessary documentation like MSDS, TDS etc.

To ensure complete compliance to safety regulations.
