Job Profile:

Monitoring Product Quality :

Direct the activities of quality engineers and technicians regarding how to measure key quality characteristics of a process.

Review the process fault report.

Continuous Improvement Activities :-

Responsible for work on to improve the current quality of the process.



Training  :-

Provide training the staff in updated work instructions and new problem-solving techniques, 

ISO awareness.

Customers and Suppliers :-

Record and review the customer complain and find out the root cause for same .

Check inward material and inform to vendor for rejection or improvements.
