Job Profile:

Production planning, Control and Maintenance : 

Processing, trouble shooting & R&D of different type of roto molded products, chemicals & additives.

Processing of blow molding m\c & injection molding m/c.

Product design of PVC / CPVC fittings as per ASTM D 2846, ASTM F 438 & 439, ASTM D 2466 & 2467.

Product design of Brass inserts, ?O? ring, Teflon / Nylon washers

PVC compounding, Chemical formulation of PVC pipes and fittings

Processing, trouble shooting of PVC / CPVC and HDPE pipes

Developing and executing maintenance plans to achieve optimum performance levels of all production and utility equipment in the plant without any loss of production activity.

Planning, scheduling and administration of production plans as per export / market requirements.

Procuring and allocating resources (machinery, raw material) to achieve production and product, manpower, delivery targets within specified time frame.



QA\QC

Quality plan, Inward raw material inspection and testing

Online inspection and quality control of products
