Adaptation of Artwork Layouts

Color correction and other print media requirements.

Transforming Agency artworks into data which is gravure-friendly

Assigning different engraving parameters considering press-conditions and post-press operations

Generating cylinder evaluation reports in terms of surface quality, ink deposition etc

Checking the proofs in terms of imposition, design elements and color reproduction prior to sending them for client's approval

Archiving of approved artworks in a pre-defined systematic manner

On time delivery of Cylinders (Pre-determined Cycle time)

Reduce Cylinder rejections/complaints. Design cylinders along with Engravers to optimize Ink Consumption and Cylinder life.
