JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To prepare daily production report, reporting to the Unit Head and Production Manager.

Operation of the DCS operated panel with through knowledge of the process, plant start-up/shutdown and emergency handling.

Identifying and implementing solutions to operation problems associated with the plant.

Closely monitoring the plant operation and health of equipment.

To take possible initiative to restrict the breakdown in production and to take trial for the process modifications.

Raw Mix and Clinker Design of Portland Cement 

Duration: 6 months

Scope: The training focussed on analysing the chemical and mechanical properties of Portland cement that included calculation of various parameters like lime, content, and ash content.

Scope: The training mainly focussed on acquiring knowledge of working process of packing films that were manufactured at the site and was completed within time.
