Responsible for all Injection molding M/C Planning.

Administrative work &Top management regarding work.  

To set new mould/material & machine respective to our product.

Look after outside vendor work and setup new vendor as per our requirement.

Implemented kiazen method as per our requirement on the basis of cost saving.

To handle all post molding work such as stamping, printing and platting. 

Also co-ordinate with dispatch for proper planning of goods.  

To lead the team of Engineers and one Assistant and fifty work force.

Manpower employment and Management shop floor.

Controlling wastage monitoring energy consumption and reducing cost of all level.

Execution, Monitoring of Process, Troubleshooting during process.

Daily production report and analysis and preparation and entry in the software copy.

Establishing production targets machines wise monitoring the output.

Reporting on the work process and progress.

Monthly performance review meeting report preparation.

Studies, Investigation and improvement of process and project.

Follow up of technological trends procurements.
