Successfully handled project of Air Brake Valve. Mould with four core pull sequence, Hot Runner System, Unscrewing Machine for removal of inserts, fixturing of the component to achieve specified dimensions, etc. 

Attained improvement in cooling efficiency of the tool, reduction of article weight wherever possible, etc. Maintaining the Power Factor of the plant within unity & taking the benefit of the same in power bill. 

Involved in interior trims development of Fiat vehicle.Parts like A Pillar upper, B & C Pillar, cover luggage, etc.

Successfully met the fitment requirement of all trims with vehicle, master & receiving gauge by suggesting the correct area of correction required in the tool & also material change requirement with higher shrinkage in one of the too.

Changed the gate location with the same hot tip  to achieve better flow & fast filling of material without much injection pressure & resolved warpage (differential shrinkage) problem  developing another make of material when recent Engine cover for cross over development.

Skilfully resolved problem of weld line intensity in Tata X1 Air ornament part (Material Luran). 

Gained good exposure of injection moulding machine& mould, its testing, maintenance, problem solving related to hydraulic,mechanical, core hydraulic & suggestions in its changes required.One suggestion of combining Flow control valve of Close function with slow close was also implemented in the machine.
