Responsible for in plant training of operators for safer work environment.

Responsible for trouble shooting of process and machines during production. 

Handling a team of 30 members those who are responsible for production, and maintenance of Moulds and Machines

Responsible for monitoring of whole manufacturing (production) system.

Responsible for Mechanical maintenance of Injection molding machines and Injection moulds. 

Responsible for delivery of quality products in time to supply chain by implementation of continuous improvement in processing, machine and by mold modification.
