Handle Twin screw extruder M/C like omega 40 and Alpha 50. 

To Set the Process parameter of extruders for development of new products, Analysis of the counter sample for the development of new products, new advanced product development, product reliability, testing and analysis of the new / existing products.

Handle all  Mechanical testing equipment like, UTM, Impact tester

MFI, UV test, DSC, etc. 

Ensure that process needed for the quality management system (QMS) is established, implemented and maintained.

Work knowledge of  ISO documentation 9001:2008 & 14001:2004.

Report to management on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement.

Project Details:  

Title:- Synthesis and Brief characterization Polyoxymethylene POM / EVA-g MA Polymer blends

Abstract polyoxymethylene (POM) was blended with various weight percentage of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) separately in a twin screw extruder with optimum conditions. The mechanical properties of the blend such as a tensile strength, flexural strength, impact strength, and % of elongation were measured. Increasing content of ethylene vinyl acetate up to 40% increases the impact strength of the POM.
