Job Profile:-

Dispatch planning in accordance with sales order receipt through E.R.P. Software which is approved by authorized person.                 

Independently negotiation with transporter, rates finalization, vehicle placement and transporters bill processing with accounts for payments, new transporter development by quotation.		

Placement of order to transporter in advance.

Working in close Co-ordination with production, planning and marketing & Sales to ensure dispatches as per daily dispatch plan.

Preparation of invoices & ARE-1(Export under CT-1, CT-3, LUT & SEZ) & Domestic) (Authorized Signatory).

Brought down cost of operation by controlling handling charges and better utilization of vehicle capacity and improvised the loading / unloading methods and staking norms, thereby achieving reduction in transit loses.

Determine the packing of finished product which are required by the customer.

Dealing with transporter when destination not covered.

To ensure the availability of road permits and other statutory documents require for dispatches.
