Job Profile:

Implementing necessary process control through PLC in the manufacture of BOPP film.

Coordinates with other department concern in maintaining product quality and new product development.

Organizing manpower,raw material and other resources efficiently to meet the days producing targets.

Monitoring,investigating and troubleshooting the problems related to BOPP film and machines such as extrusion system, dosing system, blowers, filters, heat exchangers, hydrau-lic and pneumatic system, MDO, TDO, winder, slitter etc.

Prepares production reports, material consumption reports and recycle plant operation report.

Coordinating with planning,offline and dispatch for resources utilization.

Training, orienting & motivating newly hires team members.

To select the suitable raw material to produce the film as the customer requirement.

Ensuring confirming and non non-confirming material.
