Company Profile:

Manufacturing Injection Molded Pails (taper & cylindrical surface) and Lids for packaging of paints, Oil, Grease etc up to having capacity of 1 to 20 liters

for APL, Elf, Gulf, Motorol, Balman and Lawrie and Berger Paints etc.

Responsibilities:

Formulating the production Plans (molding & printing), Tool room activities and directing the team towards their execution.

Managing and directing the Team of molding Engineers, printing engineers and Tool room  Department. 

Actively participating in the development of the customized product and in attaining the specific quality requirements of the customer or the Market in general. 

Have been involved in up gradation of the plant, mould ,machines and in procuring the latest available Machines in Indian Market

Strict supervision for maintaining the low rejection and the maximum yield in order to maximize the profit for the company.

Responsible for the training of the new Entrant Engineers to the fold on molding, printing, Tool room and imparting the information about the sophisticated machines.   

Handling all communication with the company?s Customers and developing new product artwork .

Maintaining & managing ISO standard( 9001-2008)

To maintain 5 S in the department.

Involving in improvement through SGA/ CFT

Involving in RCA and taking its CAPA for repetitive problems to increase productivity.

To keep record of Production activities & preparing all Monthly MIS report like MRM report, rejection analysis, NEU analysis, Production tonnage report, Trail report & etc).
