Job Profile:

Worked on different type of Servo and Hydraulic machine like Husky 120, 300 JSW, NETSTAL, L&T, e-JET, Sumi-Tomo etc.

To take care of Take out Robotic systems of molds, Vacuum Pumps, Sensors, TCU, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Cylinders.

Verify correct set-up of molds, processes and auxiliary equipment before machine start up.

Establish proper molding conditions.

Maintain records and prepare legible reports, including SPC reports, QC inspection reports, housekeeping checklists, mold cavity data sheets, production downtime reports, cycle time sheets and problem/corrective action logs, etc. accordance with departmental standards and Quality System Standards.

Perform process changes as needed to maintain quality.

Monitor/ perform packaging of finished product.

Tracking daily production & consumption of raw material, coordinating with buyers for raw material procurement based on consumption.

Responsible for auxiliary equipment maintenance like hot runner, hopper loader, air compressor, chiller and mold temp control.
