Maintenance of all running molds and avoid breake time.

Operation of 5ton crane and 2ton fork lift

Incoming mold inspecton and preparing for production as per schedule time.

Shuttiling preparation of all molds after production 

Good knowledge in HUSKY HOT RUNNER SYSTEMS,

Assembling and dissembling complete hot runner system when material  leackage inside 

Well knowledge in Replacement of new parts like thermocouples, heaters if nessasery 

Mold loading and unloading 

Operation of different types of injection moldingb machines 

Like WINSODOR, LS, NEGRIBUSHI, MTHIBUSHI.

Well knowledge in assembling and dissembling of different types of molds.

And finally documentation.
