Project: Optimization of composite by using nano clay MMT

Role: Team Leader

Project Description:    

Fabricate composite by incorporating E-glass fiber and nano clay MMT in thermoset unsaturated polyester matrix by simple hand layup technique. 

Two types of nano clay closite 93A,15A (MMT) and CaCo3 clay used.

Compared composite of nano clay (MMT) and clay CaCo3 on the basis of their testing such as Tensile strength, Percentage elongation, Impact strength and Flexural strength.

Project: Design and Fabrication of duster mold

Role: Team Leader      

Project Description: 

Design the single cavity duster mold according to dimension and specification of plunger type injection molding machine. 

Fabricate the mild steel duster mold.

Polypropylene material is used for making the duster. 

Future Goals: 
As a fresher I would like to apply whatever knowledge I have acquired for career growth while being productive and resourceful to the organization.
