ensure quality of the component.

To run the machine at optimum mould and m/c efficiency (no of cavities/cycle time).

To maintain the production log book, giving in details about each m/c problems, breakdown, production, scrap, counters etc, keeping all accountability of production data & physical stock. 

Implementation of 5S system in the molding Dept.

Co-ordinate with the M/c & mould maintenance personal and QC, Electrical, etc.for any problems.

To communicate with higher management for production related queries and problems. 

Man power handling.
