To looking after the production & operation of highly advanced Rotogravure printing M/c Pelicon & Lapra 3003, Expert 2000, Flex, Koures (with auto registration control system Taiyo, Bst and Parker)

Experienced in various manufacturing functions of flexible packaging, statistical analysis, customer complains analysis, quality management , system development, new product design development at minimal cost, breakdown analysis, inventory control, team building, vendor development & assessment. 

Responsible for the management and co-ordination of department or plant operations including Production planning & control, production optimization, prepress, Printing, Lamination, Slitting, QC, procurement, engineering stores, mechanical maintenance, consistent to improve the facility?s performance in delivery, inventory & throughput.
