Interpretation of blue prints, manufacturing and maintenance of press tools, injection moulds and jigs& fixtures.

Handled a wide variety of moulds and tools, jigs and fixtures and applicators

Provided on-the-job training in equipment utilization, preventive maintenance and area clean-up.

Trouble shooting of the product and giving solutions to the customer for the product modification considering the tooling aspects.

Co- ordinating manufacturing team(M/C shop, CNC & Production Dept.)

Attending trials and getting the feed back from process team and the production team for the continuous improvement).

A Press tool for Nttf/oen India Limited Named Keyhole Frame. This key hole frame  is used in door handle. The main function of this key holeframe  is to guide the key to key hole.

Manufacturing and maintenance of press tools and injection moulds.

Hot runner manufacturing and maintenance

Coordinating the Tool Room activities.

Process planning.

Future Goals:
