Attend inspection call & review of customer compliant and CAPA.

Did work on low rolling resistance for low power consumption conveyor belting.

Product costing, process flow chart, quality parameter & clearance. 

Did online product development and process management in production.

Tie-up with planning & production to improve production.

Full production control on Moulding and curing section and handling 5 supervisor and 76 workers.
