Job Profile

Ensuring fault free Production of PET Preforms using 3 German made Krauss Maffei (3000-4500) machines (300 tons each).

Handling manpower for production and proper packaging of product in safe manner.

Mold loading & unloading (H.R.S, weighing about 3500 kgs with vertical axis of movement)

General maintenance & Spare parts control

Report preparation (daily production details, process parameters, spares and tools record, various checklists) etc.

Maintaining hygeinic conditions as per standards
