Maillefer Extrusions - for flat integral drip irrigation pipe, and Davis Standard - for cylindrical drip integral irrigation pipe

Handled different types of material like HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE and MB (carbon black).

Handling different types of dies and mandrels for extrusion process.

Machine parameter setting as per good quality product.

Trouble shooting.

Knowledge in processing: Blow Molding (film, container), Injection Molding, Extrusion Molding & Quality Testing

Raw Material Testing and Inspection. Density, MFI, CBC,  ESCR, Ash Content, Tensile Test, Impact Test, Dimension Test Etc.)
