Quality checking of products in every one hour.

Trouble shooting of Gas assisted, Steam assisted & normal injection molding products (T.V. Cabinets, LCD, washing m/c)

Guide to mould change persons at the time of mould change

To control the shift smoothly by proper deployment of manpower.

To maintain production related documents.

Analyzing & controlling online Rejection as well as taking Correcting & Preventing action.
