Job Profile:

Assemble of High cavitations moulds with lower cycle time.

Two plate moulds with in mould closing

Three plate moulds

Unscrewing moulds with in mould closing

Bi-color moulds with in mould closing

Stack mould.

Assemble of hot half systems (Husky, Mould Masters, Mastip, volastic).

Trials follow up Trouble shouting. 

Achieving the customer requirements.

Moulds making for L&T Medical, Himalaya herbals, P&G , Unilever, Essel group, Cavin care, Delphi Automotive, Tata auto plastics, Siemens, Schneider Electrical, L?Oreal, Marico Aptar, Alpla.
