Job Profile:

Setting of new moulds

To find out process faults and remedies them.

Process parameter monitoring recording in PCC every two hours.

Reduction in cycle time and reduce rejection %age.

Maintaining 5S of shop floor.

To provide training to operators.

Maintain record for Preventive maintenance of moulds.

Material reconciliation

Cutting record maintaining at grinding shop as per daily line rejection.

Daily production report to earlier Senior 

Daily B/Down record of machine

45 No?s Injection molding machines from Asian Plastics, Taiwan and     90 ton TO 1800 ton.
