Job Profile:

Use tensile testing machine  to find load and % elongation of the filament (PET/NYLON).

I.V Test for the PET filament.

Maintaining the log books for quality section.

PH value test.

Water hardness test.

Find density of chips.

Check & control different types of defects of injection molded products.

OPU (Oil Pickup Unit ) test.

Use moisture apparatus to find out the moisture of the material.

Use oven to find out the shrinkage of the filament (boiling shrinkage and thermal shrinkage ).
