Job Profile:

Production going on according to   IS-4985-2000,  IS-9537,                   ASTM-D 1785. 

Inspection of Incoming raw materials like PVC Additives, Stabilizers, master batch, pigments, fillers etc.

Train Q.C. Inspectors about PVC pipes and fittings and relevant manufacturing standards and Test methods.

Supervise the tests of finished Products with respective standards like Dimensions, Outer Diameter, Wall thickness, Density, Reversion, Hydrostatic pressure test, Vicat Softening Point, Impact Test, Opacity, color matching, Bending test, Collapse test, Ash content, Moisture content, Compression test, Resistance to heat, Resistance to burning etc. and approving finished products.

Formulation of PVC compounds, conducting trials and Testing of new raw materials for PVC for pipe and fittings manufacturing and assisting Q.C. Manager for new raw materials approvals.

Handle third party inspections, consultants inspections.

Attend Customer Complaints and evaluation of Customer complaints.

Provide Technical assistance to Sales and Marking Department.

Maintain ISO 9000 related records.



Production:

Plan and Execute Production Schedule.

Train the production team about Raw Materials, Products, Production & Troubleshooting.

Ensure effective work to attain the targeted yield, to reduce Internal Rejects

Ensure Proper material Reconciliation



QA / QC:

Manage QC Department activities.

Conduct trials for Raw material Section.

Attend Customer Complaints and analyze the Root Cause for Customer Complaints
