To issue the returnable and non-returnable gate pass for outgoing Material.

Preparations of purchase indent for stock item.

Preparations of Purchase Order with rate comparison quotation, max. 

discount, good quality maintained and short time delivery period.

Preparations of Good Receipt Note (GRN)

Preparation of daily consumption issue as per issue slip.

Preparations of all bill rising submit account dept. for payment Procedure.

Analysis of monthly consumption of engg. stores item & Raw Material store

To maintain the min. stock of Raw Material and Engg. Stores item as Per direction by production department..  

Unloading of Raw Material carefully by help contract labor.

Send daily production report , daily consumption report & daily stock report of R.M., F.G., & Scrap item by mail to senior officers before 10:30 a.m.

To ensure the good house keeping and good environment condition.

To keep all items at its designated place with identification marks.

To control the wastage of any item.

To ensure safe working.
