Job profile- 

R & D In different Polymer Synthetic Latex such as Nitrile butadiene, Styrene acrylic, Styrene 

Butadiene, Pure acrylic use for applications in Paper coating, Nitrile glove dipping, Constructionchemicals, Paint binder, with EMULSION POLYMERIZATION Process. 

Application of various grades of nitrile butadiene latex for gloves dipping, using coagulant 

dipping process. 

Synthesis of various emulsion latex formulation as lab scale batches to develop New & modify present formulation. 

Follow up of Pilot Scale batches, Analyzing and testing of samples. 

Working On Minitab-17 Statistical Software, (CpK, PpK, I Bar, X Bar chart, Capability Analysis etc.)
