Job Responsbility: 

Responsibility of Documentation as per QMS (ISO9001-2008).

Interaction with the marketing people to collect customer requirement to maintain product specification.

Responsibility of Calibration of all the Q.C Testing Instrument.

Responsibility of Incoming, In-process & Final Inspection.

Taking Corrective action and Preventive action to minimize Nonconformities & Customer Complaint.

Knowledge about Quality Improvement Tools. (7 QC tools).

Knowledge about (SPC, CPk, Cp) programmed for process to reduce the rejection and wastage.

Knowledge about 5?S approach to increase the process efficiency.

Responsibility of control & monitoring document of Quality System.

Responsibility of all types of Testing like (MFI, ESCR, Compression, Opacity, Torque Test, poly plast test, co efficient of friction, etc).



Maintaining Daily routine works such as
