Job Profile:

Looking after daily shift activities such as successive implementation of production planning and achieving set production targets, also setting of mould and m/c. Troubleshooting of mould and process.

Handling Blow fill seal machine and maintaining the aseptic technique and manufacturing of LDPE vials and respules through extrusion blow process. Responsible for machine maintenance, machine problem solving through troubleshooting technique.

Maintaining GMP, cGPM documentation & documentation for internal audit and external audit. Handling of water for injection and pure steam generator and maintaining productivity and efficiency through OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) and discuss with department head. 

Preparing the loading schedule of mould and m/c. Materials and supplies requirement. Conducting various tests on mechanical properties of Polymer and also trial of new mould and material

Conducting daily analysis of rejection & preparing why-why report & CAPA for the same, also daily monitoring of process & OEE. Preparing Standard Operating Procedures for molding, expansion, and process training through VSM
