Job Profile in Abudhabi:	

Responsible for all the installation and maintenance of a wide range of machineries required for extrusion plant including mechanical and Electrical equipments like A.C plant ,office and yard lighting, ACs, and utilities in co-ordination with the Mechanical Engineering department.

From this plant I gained experience in making control panels, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), DC motor drives up to 400 KW, Thyristors drives,  Various transducers, transmitters, pneumatic controls, Circuit Breakers, MCCBs, Soft starters, various Transformers, compressors, Chillers,  and allied electrical apparatus including operation of Substations ( 8 x2.5 MVA).

I was also responsible for checking all the Material Take Offs (MTO)and requisitions before it is issued for Purchase activities, and was a team member in the commercial and technical evaluation of major tenders.

I am handling a team of 10 subordinates like Foreman, Chargehands, Electricians, Fitters, etc.



Job Profile in Sharjah Plant:

In this plant I was in charge of the repairs and maintenance (Electrical and Mechanical) of a large work shop with EOT crane, CNC Milling machines, lathes, boring machines ,welding machines, and bulk quantities of  grinders, drilling machines and other hand tools required for die making. Apart from I have experience in testing and inspection of all the Electrical materials and equipments received in the store before GRN is made.
