Description : This Device Is Capable Of Providing Microcooler With Efficient Cooling Capacity, Small Area & Short Response Time. Thermo Electric Technique Is Widely Used In Electronics To Stabilize The Temperature Devices, Decrease Noise Level And Increase Operational Speed. Here Thin Film Technique With Mems Is Used To Scale Down The Thermoelectric Coolers And Generators In Micro Device Dimensions Like A Chip.
