Job Responsibilities:

A. Production & Planning Operations

Managing the production related tasks including planning, control and trouble shooting 

On time delivery as per the customer requirements

Conceptualizing robust production plan for machines & material resources to achieve endeavors & meet the targets.

Prepare the machine plans as per the production targets.

Strategically plan the sourcing of raw materials & its estimation.

Forecasting material requirement & products to make optimum utilization of machines.

Production control, inventory management & monitoring of utilization of raw material

To ensure optimum utilization of machines for effective productivity.  

Handling the EHS activity.

Planning/effecting preventive maintenance schedules of equipments and instruments to increase their reliability.

Monitoring discipline at the shop floor for an accident free &safe work culture.



Man Management:

Planning & scheduling shifts in accordance with the requirements and needs to ensure on time completion of the set production targets.
