Material receiving and verification than confirm the user.

Proper location for the item & inspection of the item on weekly basis.

Inward entry then entry in computer in SAP (GRN)

Requirements of user material issue stock verification etc

Physical verification of stock & Reconciliation every Month

Co- ordination with production & purchase for procurement of material..

Inspection of issue report& verification of stock to avoid the stock difference.

Preparation of cost sheet for the loss of packing material for individual product.

Maintain the minimum and  maximum  inventory level and & re-order level

Of all packing material & all engineering spares, co-ordination with purchase for 

2000 system & maintaining all document & records related to ISO 9001-2008 system.
