Developing formulae for new products or re-formulations using chemical & analytical methodologies.

Developing methods and equipments to study chemical compounds.

Ensuring complete in-process quality control and continuous improvement in process capabilities.

Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.

Identifying scope for Planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes for scale up from Lab to Pilot Plant.

Modifications in equipments, process flow, working practices, commercialization at Plant Scale etc. for controlling & reducing the cost per unit produced.
