Job Profile : 

Regular Activities Like Planning Of Raw Materials, Man Power, Supervise the Parts During Production in Regular Intervals and Maintain 5s.

Trouble shooting of problems during production.

Do process validation quarterly.

Maintain and update documents regularly for TS 16949, ISO 14001 and safety related documents.

Maintain skill matrix for operators and improve their qualities.

Take inputs or suggestions from operators and self, for the improvement of process in any area.

Products handled - IP, Bumper, Door trim parts & other automotive components.

Worked in higher tonnage Injection molding machines  like 3200 T to 660T.

Study based on Copper test to analyze Under Curing of Weather Strip Compounds at Gold Seal Engineering Products Pvt. Ltd., Daman. The aim of the project is to make  a suitable compound for winter season mixing with the equivalent mechanical properties of compounds for summer.
